Terms of service
These terms govern the sale of products by Cinny Sun Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 33 696 863 224), trading as Cinny Sun Co ("we", "us", "our"), through cinnysunco.com.au (the "Site"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours and prints accurately. Slight variation may occur due to screen display settings, fabric dye lots and the handmade nature of some finishing processes. Product descriptions, sizing charts and safety information are provided in good faith to help you choose the right item.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment made.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, via the payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.
9. Product safety and proper use
Our sun- and hearing-protection products are designed to be used as directed and under adult supervision. Please read the Product Safety Disclaimer tab and any care/use instructions included with your order before use.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including the Cinny Sun Co name, logo, mascot (Cinny the Sun Roo), product names (including Flaparoo, Buckaroo, Splasharoo, Shadearoo and Packaroo), prints, designs, photography and text — is owned by or licensed to Cinny Sun Co. Pty Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law guarantees above, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the relevant order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
