Explorer Club Terms and Conditions

1. About the Club. The Explorer's Club is a free membership program run by Cinny Sun Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 33 696 863 224). Members receive seasonal digital activity packs, with age-bracket options, plus occasional offers and news.
2. Who can join. Membership is open to parents, guardians and carers aged 18 or over and living in Australia. Children cannot join directly. All activities are designed to be done with adult supervision.
3. Joining. To join, provide your name and email address through our website. Membership is free, and no purchase is necessary.
4. Your information. We collect only the details needed to run the Club. We handle them according to our Privacy Policy. We do not ask for or store children's personal information. If you include a child's first name for a welcome card, it will be used only to personalise that card.
5. Emails. By joining, you agree to receive Club emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing ends your membership.
6. Activity packs. Packs are for personal, non-commercial use within your household. You may print them for your own family. You may not resell, share publicly, or reproduce them for commercial or group use (such as classrooms or childcare centres) without our written permission. All content, including Cinny the Sun Roo, remains the intellectual property of Cinny Sun Co.
7. Safety. Outdoor activities should always be supervised by an adult, with appropriate sun and hearing protection. You are responsible for judging whether an activity is suitable for your child.
8. Member offers. Any member offers are subject to their own terms. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
9. Changes and closure. We may change the Club's content, benefits or these terms, or end the Club, by giving reasonable notice to members by email.
10. Your rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

But who is Cinny?

Cinny was my beautiful, loyal Kelpie who was my best friend for my entire adult life until she passed at 14. Before having kids, she and I travelled all over the country for work, so it only seemed fitting to name a brand built for little explorers after her.
